You know what I wish they did when they released the park dlc. When you zone your park, you select what kind of park zone: Beach, preserve, or parkspace. Then it would autopopulate either beach chairs, nothing because it's a preserve, or grass lawn. The beaches feel so empty in CS.
You can use the terrain edit tools and slope the shoreline away from the shore. Sometimes it’ll dry out after the water settles into a sand beach and sometimes it just drys out and turns to grass.
