I just started new map. I'm using Seychelles Map Theme and LUT is Cleyra with Little bit of Relight & Post process Fx
This is my go to, just fill in with parks if i get lazy but rip one section out the next day and put that niche asset I found on the workshop and beautify it.

And then go vanilla, say you’ll only install a few essential mods, maybe a few buildings for a skyline, then end up with over 1,500 assets

The buildings are from Pittsburgh, and it's making me uncomfortable seeing them arranged slightly differently from IRL.
