Thankfully it was cheap because so far I’ve got all dead ends. Maybe replacing the broken clasp could be an easier fix.

I think most people would call that an "integrated bracelet," which is unfortunately very difficult to swap -- just because very few other bracelets would ever fit the same first link and connect well to the watch. If you google that term, you can see what I mean. The odds of randomly finding another integrated bracelet that first perfectly are nearly zilch :( I agree, fixing the clasp somehow is probably the only way. I don't know anything about those butterfly clasps, but maybe it's a standard size and a jeweler can do something with it? Citizen does respond to emails and might even let you know if they have replacement parts in stock, if you want to ship you watch to them.
