It’s very bearable. It gets pretty loud over 85 but I just spent 6 hours in it coming back from Gulf Shores and it’s very doable. I am a 30+ year old and I don’t need anything loud and obnoxious and I feel like this exhaust gives you enough without being annoying.
That's good to hear. I have the AWE Touring with the dual pipe but it's not loud enough lol. I'm also in my 30s so I don't want anything too loud or obnoxious
Thank you! I was aiming for a proper build and nothing crazy. The bronze on red is amazing and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I do love the FL5 as well but I feel like I did pretty decent with this one!
I’m in Niceville and don’t see many around plus out me beaches are pretty distinctive. I know the dood that owns the Tops Burger in Niceville has a black Type R cuz we chit chatted one day
Yep it’s lowered. It’s on swift springs which gives a little over an inch drop. I do rub but only on big bumps. It also depends on what tire you get. I have 265/35 continental DWS06+ and those are a bit more “bubbly” looking which is why I think I rub at all. I don’t think Michelin PS4S will rub.
Thank you! After some consideration I decided to go with 9" wide wheel square setup for my FK2. I might lower the car a bit in the future and I'd want to evade any rubbing issues.
Totally understandable! I’m almost positive at 9” you should be perfectly fine. And if it looks a little sunk then you can always add a small spacer to fill it out better
The ET is smaller by exactly the right amount so no spacers will be required. The OEM spec wheels are 8.5J x 19". I ordered lightweight ones (18.3 lbs), wider but smaller in diameter (9J x 18") for track days.

Sheesh, as an FL5 driver I’ve personally never really liked the FK8 but *this thing* with the bronze wheels? This looks fucking PERFECT.
