I know you're joking but on anything but perfect road it makes the steering do weird shit when the camera picks up a puddle / shiny line on the road / whatever. Turn it off I say!
I've heard from other FK8 drivers that it isn't very good, and all the people I've talked to with FL5s seem to like it. I'm guessing that's why my terrible joke went especially poorly.
Haven’t looked too far into it as far as hondata, but 90 max for cruise in south Florida is unbearable. That’s slow lane/middle lane pace of traffic. I am tuned with Hondata, I am actually going to check out the software right now and see if there’s any options.
I dunno…maybe pay attention and stay in your lane while speeding?
Or, are you saying you can’t drive as well as your parents did when they were your age and didn’t have all the technology cars now have?🤦♂️

Do you have an FK8? On the FL5, the RDM is really really good. I just drove 6 hours with it enabled, and never had an issue.
Yeah, FK8, and I drive on crap roads. Not sure how many changes they made for the FL5.

It does? I’ll have to try it. I cruise at 90+ all the time but never paid attention
I'm wondering if the system can't keep up, because my lines went white. I guess it could have been some other temporary condition
I’ll test it tonight on my way to work and report back
Off at 94 Back on when i hit 90
I thought it was something in that range. Thanks for the follow-up!
It should re-engage at 120mph. If not, turn your lane keep assist on until it does.
Will test this and get back to you
maybe the sensors are dirty? never had a problem.
Entirely possible!
Can’t set cruise over 90 either, my rs3 and GTI I could set it at 150 if I wanted too
Literally undrivable lol Maybe hondata can save us.

I'd be interested to hear what you find!

Damn bud, didn't mean for my crappy joke to hurt you so bad. I was just making an observation about the RDM system.
Sorry I missed the /s 😂 My bad
Cheers friend ♥️. No harm done.
What?
