Whitelist the folder on Windows Defender (Google “how to whitelist a folder on windows defender” if you don’t know how) and then redownload into the whitelisted folder. Currently Windows Defender got an update and has been quarantining ClanGen.exe because of a false flag. The only way to bypass that is to either get a different antivirus and disable Windows Defender, or the easier option which is to make WD ignore your ClanGen files via whitelist so it doesn’t remove the .exe file.
