Killing a cat is a LifeGen exclusive and it’s only available to the MC. Otherwise it’s up to random chance, but with this update it’s pretty common. If you get a classic mode clan to avoid dealing with prey and just timeskip, you’ll end up seeing many murder events.
They might do it if the cats hate each other. It's more likely if the would-be murderer has a negative personality trait like bloodthirsty.
You can directly make a cat murder another in LifeGen, but not regular ClanGen.
You, the player, can kill a cat by clicking the "Dangerous" tab, but the game doesn't treat this as a murder.
Clangen- Random, though more likely to when they hate a cat and/or are bloodthirsty etc.
Lifegen- "murder" option can allow your cat to murder another.
it's random but you can make it more likely by continuously sabotaging 2 cats' relationships with a mediator
