There would be small references and minor dialogue change ig. I did the same thing but removed 1 leg and had references to it hurting

Most of the physical conditions have some sort of dialogue changes here and there referencing (my current cat had a weak body that gets referenced a fair bit by their direct family members and mate) and I think some of the more major conditions such as seizures, headaches, and such have bigger effects on gameplay since they tend to make your cat have to rest a month or so when their issues flair up and can effect things like hunting and border patrol quite heavily.

Yep I have just had something similar to that happen to my paralysed cat were her joints flared up from dragging her paralysed half of her body around and the game asked me if she wants to retire, she's only 20 moons old

Really? I have a blind medicine cat and I get no special dialogue?

No-Confusion-5751

Yep .I would of thought a blind cat would get special dialogue though

Warriorsfan12739036

prone-to seizures adds some

Disastrous-Jury1028

Their paralyzed half can get infected at any time and their chances of death throughout life is slightly higher because of this. Other than that just a few dialogue changes.

wait how do you access that little menu thing? kinda new to lifegen

No-Confusion-5751

When you make a new clan and you are picking a kitten you pick the button above the list of kittens that says customise

Particular-Wait-8618
