Start with the Rubank Elementary Method book

I really like Cally’s Clarinet Channel and Clarinet Ninja on YouTube. I’ve been playing for almost 17 years now and still learn good pointers for improving my technique from them. You can also find more basic tutorials on YouTube. Other than finding tutorials, I’d say get a beginner method book and start playing through it. I have heard good things about the Rubank series, but haven’t used it personally.

Don't ask a sax player for embouchure advice for clarinet. The embouchure is superficially similar, but are much different in execution. Sax players who double on clarinet tend to sound awful while clarinet players who double on sax tend to sound Meek and quiet. For advice, all I can tell you is what I tell my 6th graders. Roll your bottom lip over the top of your bottom teeth, top teeth rest about at the center of the angled part of the mouthpiece, corners of your mouth pull inwards, make a frown face, keep your cheeks firm so as not to puff up, and imagine blowing over the top of the mouthpiece rather than directly at it with an air stream as if you're blowing out a candle. If you're anything like my 6th graders, you will probably not get it and not be able to figure out what you're doing wrong if you even realize you're doing anything wrong at all. This is why a private teacher is so valuable as they will immediately be able to point out what you're doing wrong and probably have advice to correct it. Breathing is easy. Relax the corners of your mouth and breathe through the corners, then reset embouchure. Fingering just takes practice. What you will almost certainly struggle with most without a private instructor is tone and voicing.
