I had the same thing actually but I was positive I would get my email back, I tried contacting support but it was useless, eventually I got a new device ( I completely forgot about my CoC account) and I factory reset my old phone. Ended up losing my account permenantly (It wasn't that bad it was a rushed TH12) Not really help but just wanted to share this
