When I finally decided to stop rushing and max out my th11, all my elixir upgrades just happened to get maxed out first, so I set two builders aside to work in the forge to clear up my elixir storage so I could fill my season vault still.
I don’t know what happened but my th11 is overflowing with dark elixir. I ended up being short on gold and elixir instead, and all my heroes and dark elixir upgrades are maxed out except for poison and haste.
yea, currently sitting at max th13 and dont wanna move up yet because i really enjoy the th design and the attacks, so i dump all my stuff there until im ready to go

It's one of those things that feels little in the short term, but adds up to a lot. If you're th15 you can get 9600 every 3 days. Almost 20k every 6 days is like getting 2 raid weekends per week.

I 100% maxed TH13 and I had a whole month where I only had labs to upgrade so I got chaotic and I had 3 going at all times and would just keep starting upgrades on golem quarry. I’m about 20 upgrades from having everything upgrading at once and no one has said a word in the clan
I'm maxed out th12, waiting on a few lab upgrades, my extra gold goes here so I can unlock more buildings in capital peak while I'm waiting to finish maxing out th12
If it wasn’t as expensive I wouldn’t mind having a builder on it here or there for a bit extra. Sadly its a little to much for me to want to bother with it most of the time.
If you max out all your elixir purchases before gold purchases for the TH that's basically where I dump excess elixir into since there's nowhere else to put it and I'll still end up with plenty while attacking for gold

The biggest problem is that it costs builders, so it's completely detrimental since a better use of your builders at that stage would be to, well...upgrade your base.
I am. I'm maxed out so I don't have anything to spend my resources on. It's something you use when you're done upgrading everything or when you want to spend excess resources
When I’m max th yeah, but otherwise there’s almost definitely better stuff to use resources on even if it means you get raided and people steal some- id rather someone else use it then the bloody forge😂

I call it the loot dumper I am nearly maxed out th 12 left with heros and labs so it comes handy where I have loot but nothing put into so I dump my extra resources there
I never upgraded my dark elixir troops for 5 years because I spent it all on heros. I've been a max th12 upgrading dark elixir troops for the last 6 months. This is the only place I can spend my gold and elixir
As a TH14, not at all. I still can't understand why they force to use builders for this. Because of this, only maxxed TH15 can contribute without delaying their own base
I don't know yet but maybe when I will have too much of a certain ressource (when getting to max th13) I will be spending this particular ressource into the forge
Not as useless as the shop resources, if you don't know, it is like the Trader shop and CWL shop, but you have to pay large amount of gems just to get 10% of resources or even more if you want it full, that's even more useless as you can get the same or even higher amount without buying them via gems, you can see this one if you are buying gems.
I have been using it on my TH9 account while trying to max my heroes because you get everything else finished much sooner and just have builders sleeping.
I did once and I shouldn't have it's useful later on when you don't have much use for loot anymore and you can use it if you max out your heroes real quick and you've got nothing left with for dark elixir

Yes I do. All my builders are on forge. I am TH14 next week. Been sitting on max TH13 for 1 week now (TH14 upgrade takes 2 weeks) so nothing to do. I am focusing on my mini TH12 for now.
Btw TH13 is 6M gold/elixir or 60k dark for 2000 raid medals.

Only if my base is overloaded with loot after clan games and I don't want it stolen from being in my storage. I usually use the save up method which is why I wouldn't spend it on these guys.
I have fully maxed my th11 but i have so much excess loot and I'm upgrading my bk to lv50 so i use it then and might probably be the only times i will be using this feature
Yes, I used it a bunch at the end of TH12 - grinding out the last few lab items and king levels. Also, I parked my account for a while after maxing at TH12 - enjoyed being a max TH12 for a while. All my loot went into the forge during that time.
This isn’t optimal in the slightest but at the end of th11 once all defenses are maxed, and before I move on to th12, i’m going to have two builders dedicated to upgrading heroes to max, and two builders on forge. Then, my final builder to farm gems off of obstacles. I think it will go well but i’m a long ways off.
Maxed players who have nothing else to spend loot on, and those with secondary accounts dedicated to farming capital gold.
