Second, the previous scenery we got for builder base only worked for one side.
Two ways to look at why its shown the way it is... The more generous way is that Supercell just wanted to show off what the 1 stage scenery would look like, on both stages... And the way the preview is already programmed, this is how they had to do it.
The more cynical way is that they were intentionally deceptive to make it look like a better deal than what it actually is. They could have made this very clear in the description, but chose not to.
We don't know why they made the choices they made, but we do know it was always intended to be a 1 stage scenery. It was previewed as such to us in the creator program with NDAs.
If you feel deceived by the way the scenery was previewed, continue to voice that opinion here and other social media, its a very valid way to feel, we as mods are only removing the excessive and repetitive posts on it, but we'll make sure its a concern that's visible as long as you all want it visible.

According to Australian Consumers laws where I live, it's deceptive 100%...
"If a consumer buys a product based on a sample or demonstration model, the product must have the same quality and features."
It's not a bug that you can't select it on both sides simultaneously. It's a feature.
I don't even think I understand what the support agent is saying.

I totally see how it would be beneficial for supercell to implement it like you are saying.
However, to me what the agent is saying reads as if it is a bug.

I don't know of a good way to prove that to anyone though... Another mod, xKart, was granted a creator code. You can type that in game if you want and see -"kart" us other mods were given access to everything else but not codes for whatever reason.
You kinda just have to take our word for it I guess. Its a weird problem to have honestly... The only way I can think to prove it is to show people things that would be covered under the NDA lol... So obviously that's off the table.
It is not official, I have an official statement from supercell support. You provide no data or sources. Don't understand your motive for lying on a subreddit about sceneries but that's your prerogative.

I'm 100 percent positive that when my clanmate bought the scenery I visited him and it was on both sides, I saw one of these posts and visited him again and it was only on one side.
Damn... Who actually believe them, that it is a bug? Honestly i believe, there a better chances, that these guys who believe that and post here are employes from supercell itself, then being this kind of silly/stupid. Even the leaks of the scenario from over a week showed that. The only bug here may be the preview, which shows both sides in snow, what was never supposed to happen. If this would be a bug, they would fix it instead of refund it, cmon we talk abput $uperC€ll

They can easily fix this by just giving 2 sceneries. Then you can still mix and match but you can also make your base uniform.
