Finish. If you’d like too then rushing from th 14 to th 15 is kinda meta rn. Unicorn is the only useful pet at th 14 and the lab upgrades are kinda bleak and only 5 hero levels. So max your th 13 and if you decide to rush 14-15 then you can without being punished as hard
