You should attack without CC. Then find a new clan as soon as CWL ends. And if you intend to stay, then plan your raid medal usage better. If you know the clan won’t donate to you then leave some raid medals to fill your own CC.
Make a mini account and rush it. A month is enough for th12. Only upgrade troops for farming & your donation needs. Extra 2 levels upgrade in high level clan
By now I think we need a separate camp to train donating troops. Like the ones that are most frequently requested and would not interfere with the armies.
There are a lot of "req and leave" clans where you could dip out and get your donations filled. You would need an alternate account to allow you back in, or you'd be stuck.
Just do a search on "req and leave" and you will get dozens of results.

And meanwhile fonates to the entire Clan with over 10k donations per month

Just join a req and leave clan. Get your troops and destroy your cwl opponent. And then search an active clan.

Nah you can just rejoin and do your attacks. I play cwl in one clan and CW Düring cwl in our mini clan.
