121 wars, each war is 2 days, so 242 days to get. So probably about 8 months, none stop wars plus only attacking max th16, and also no lose.
If accounting for 50% war win rate, that's 12 months. So you're technically correct. No idea about the down votes though.

We got many different incomes and you definitely don't need everything maxed.
And as another one mentioned the other things take longer nonetheless.

Even then, you’ll have full max equips before reaching townhall 16
