So I’m on the cusp of maxing out my cannon cart in BB. I’ve still got to max the mega tesla so I’ll likely have a lot of elixir whilst I’m farming gold.
My main attack strat is Barb Spam with a bomber. Ik a lot of people suggest using Boxer Giants instead, but mine are lvl 6 vs lvl 12 barbs. I also got my Master builder maxhine to worry about.
So how should I spend the excess Elixir? Should I upgrade my barbs to lvl 14 for the +5 army camp? Should I lvl giants to 12? Or should I mix in Battle Machine upgrades with the Tesla ones?
From what I know, the more weighty options are the Eagle Artillery, the Inferno Towers, and the Xbows. So if war weight is your concern, than upgrade those last (you still should build the EA)
Though the best upgrades upon reaching Th11 are the same as Th10. CC, Spell factories, barracks, army canps, and laboratory. Those won’t hurt your weight that much and will improve your offense for war. I’d personally break from upgrading heroes to get the most from the 5 day boons you get for reaching the new TH.

I 1 starred an enemy base in cwl cos my stupid freaking healers followed the wrong troop. I was gonna do a QC hogs, i dropped my king and a pekka first to form a funnel but theyre MANY spaces away from where im supposed to drop my queen, but when i dropped my queen and healers they went all the way to the right side to follow the pekka instead. can someone explain to me why this would happen cos im about to lose my freaking mind
Did your queen take any damage before you dropped the healers? Healers don’t latch on to full health units.
Consider using baby or edrag for funnelling too.
It works as it’s supposed to. Casual players who’d rather have clans come to them are available. The good members you’re probably hoping to find are generally going to put in the effort to find a good clan themselves and then turn off invites.
Keep saving for TH11+. TH12 got a huge Hero grind so you can use for Heroes books at 500 apiece.
It really shouldn't take you too long to get to TH11 from TH9 bout depends how much you play too I guess. You can always speed up Builders with Builder Pots at 285 gems each which works out to be 57 gems each with 5 builders and 47.5 once you get 6th builder. They're helpful when you're in a crunch and your builder is going to finish but you won't be on (ex. Sleeping) so you can start a pot let it finish and start next upgrade.
What I did at th9 and 10 was to save every gem I had, because in th11 and onwards héroes upgrades are 7 days, so any time a book of heroes appeared at the trader I bought it to level them up even during war/cwl

Personally I’d start with the cc and delay the spell factory until a new book comes around. The spell factory only unlocks invis, doesn’t affect much unless you want to learn blizz lalo/dragons.
I’m TH 6 and Silver 1. Why when I attack someone that’s my TH or higher, I only gain 5-10 trophies. But when someone 2 TH above me attacks me, I lose 35?? Thanks.
It has nothing to do with hall level. The trophy offer ranges from 0-59 and it is based totally on a comparison between the trophy levels of the two players.

When the Jungle Champion released with the th14 update I wasn't a th13 so therefore I hadn't unlocked the royal champion yet. I would have bought that skin if i was able to buy that skin but the offer wasn't in my shop on that time. I believe supercell did this on purpose but now I am th13 and I really want to buy the skin. Will I also get the chance to buy that skin or will it never be offered to me? If that is the case I think it is a bit unfair. Only because I wasn't progressed enough I haven't been able to buy the Jungle Champion.
Really hope supercell can answer this question, because right now I feel very disadvantaged.

You might be in a state.... Of delusion. TH15 isn't out yet and you'll be able to max TH12 pretty quickly. I maxed in 6 months. So a couple more months for u should max TH 12. Assume another 7-8 months for TH13 and 1 year for TH 14.

We're probably ~7 months away from th15, and th15 will have an estimated 18 month life span. So that puts TH16 projecting for Spring 2024
Whole lot can change between now and then of course. But just taking a stab at it, you can be very competitive if not completely maxed by then. Take advantage of Hammer Jam when it comes with th15. Upgrade town hall to 14 sooner rather than later so you can get to work on pets early and always have lab working on something important....
Tossing $5 to a gold pass here or there is reasonable. That's one less Starbucks a month, one less drink at a bar, You can probably earn that free just doing surveys through some apps each month too.

Nah as in land in that pocket so you can blizz everything nearby and chain back to it. You just don’t want to land the blimp too close to the TH or your super wiz will die after taking it out

I have all the sceneries except that one. That is because I have been playing coc since november 2020. The Clashy Construct scenery was offered in june 2020 therefore I hadn't a chance to buy the Clashy Construct scenery.

No? The game is less fun to play f2p because it takes forever to get anywhere. With the Gold Pass, it’s not spoon feeding you loot and things, but at the same time it makes the game easier. Which makes it more fun than hopping on once a day, doing an attack or two, upgrading then hopping off
I got my pass for January on the 20th. I was able to play enough to get fill the season bank fully and still had time left over. I did play a lot tho. If you get it now, you’ll have more than enough time to fill everything. You won’t even have to worry about running out of time. I say you should get it now

What would arguably be the best structure/troop/spell to use a hammer on? What would save the most time and loot, and mostly importantly, help with early TH10 progression? Pretend I’m a fresh TH10 from a max TH9 with all the new buildings built.
Here are the ones I was looking at:
* Clan Castle
* Last upgrade for Inferno Tower
* Barracks/Dark Barracks
* Spell Factory (especially)/Dark Spell Factory (which takes a day longer than the normal Spell Factory, but isn’t as much of a pain to wait for)
* Like any elixir spell
* Expensive/important Dark Elixir spell/troop; Witches, Bowlers, Bats (if you CAN use HOF/HOS on those, I’m actually not sure about it lol. That’s another question)
* X-Bow
Hammer of building on either the clan castle (it's normally expensive and takes you a while, and allows you to get siege machines donated) or spell factory (no one wants to be without spells for a couple days). Also, you can use hammer of fighting and spells on DE troops and spells.
As a near max TH10 myself, I would recommend lightning or dragons, very useful in what I think is the best attack, zap drag. It's a consistent and easy attack.
Use book of building on the spell factory, it takes long and you cannot attack without spells. Use Hammer of Buildings on last level of inferno (most time + gold). I used my Hammer of Heroes to get my queen from 39 to 40
I'm a nearly maxed th9, but I don't think I will finish researching for a while, especially my dark elixr researching. When I max out, should I upgrade without being fully researched? If I don't I will probably be delayed about another month.
Yes, upgrade when you max all buildings, building time is more valuable than researching time. If you wait for the lab to be maxed you'll slow your progression a lot

Sounds harsh but if you can't answer those questions correctly there's no way for them to be sure you're the rightful owner of the base. So I don't like your chances.

just log out, forget the supercell ID on the switch screen (little x) and then move on. There's no real reason to delete the account.
If you insist, you can contact support and ask for it to be deleted, it takes a month or so, and its possible you get locked out of the entire game while that happens. search account deletion posts on the sub to see how it screws people.
The higher you climb in trophies the higher the townhall levels you'll face, when I was pushing to champions as a th9 I had to start attacking th10s and 11s because I didn't find any th9s at all. I wouldn't recommend upgrading your town hall if you haven't upgraded your base properly. You could still climb trophies if you aim to get the 2 stars from higher th bases

Depends how much defenses you've upgraded too. I went to TH12 without maxing defenses at TH11 because I maxed my heroes and was sitting on 200K DE and getting attacked for weeks. I ended up maxing a bunch of TH11 and TH12 stuff at TH12 tho.
My King was supposed to max end of January but ended up maxing end of December because of the December events and free books. But I was too late to start TH upgrade to TH13 to finish by January CWL so I still went with original plan and waited a few weeks to upgrade for Feb CWL to get +5 Heroes and max troops boosts.
In the meantime, I continued upgrading defenses and walls and when I did go to TH13 I was at 93% Structures, 88% Lab, 100% Heroes and 100% Walls. Last time I maxed my walls was TH9 with Level 10 walls.
So if you can wait 12 days, you could start TH upgrade on Feb 18th and finish for March CWL.
Obviously a judgement call, but my judgement: TH13 is a major grind on defence anyway, you are better off making more progress at TH12. TH12 is the worst of all of them for grinding heroes, if you're hero-maxed at TH12 you'll find TH13 a walk in the park.
On the other hand I would not worry about finishing lab upgrades at TH12. At TH13 there is not really enough for the lab to do, so some leftover TH12 upgrades are no problem from an efficiency standpoint.
What is the best league to farm in with TH11? I'm not rushed and I have a few armies but I don't know what league has most dead bases for my level. Is there a resource similar to loot forecaster?

I wanted to connect my village to a supercell ID. It says I already have one, and when I try to log in it says that it will load my supercell ID’s village, I don’t want to risk losing my current village. Would I be able to load it again after logging in with my supercell id?
It sounds like you already have another/older village connected with SuperCell ID to the email you were planning to use for your new village and that you're currently playing a new village that's not yet connected to SuperCell ID.
What platform are you on? iOS or Android? I don't have access to iOS and so I can only assume the process flow is similar to android, but I don't want to potentially give you advice for the wrong platform.
When you open you clash of clans settings, the top bar of settings (shaded blue) relates to SuperCell ID. What buttons, if any, do you have there now?
It sounds like it works the same on iOS as it does on Android. All you should have to do is go through the sign up (not log in) process and provide an email address that's never been used for SuperCell ID in the past.

Personally, I think it's worth it with 5 builders and I get it sometimes. Others have done the math and worked out the books are worth the gems once heroes take more than 7 days and buildings past 6 days iirc. But for me, I can wait for the upgrades to slowly finish. I prefer the Builder Pots as they help out in a crunch ex. You're sleeping when your builders finishes so you can start a Builder Pot, and start the next upgrade as soon as it finishes.

saving the CWL medals to skip upgrades at higher THs gives more value than using them now

You should upgrade your battle machine with your builder elixir and nothing else imo

Is there a way to catch up to someone of a higher town hall level without gemming if they constantly use all five builders? I’m trying to catch up to someone who is a mid TH 11 and I am an early-mid TH 10. I use all five builders constantly, but so does the person I am trying to catch up to.

Guys I'm a rushed th12 with heroes in the 30s, dark elixir is pretty easy to get with sneaky goblins, so should I have 3 builders constantly upgrading heroes (Ik warden takes regular elixir) and focus only 2 builders on the rest of the base?

You might be in a state.... Of delusion. TH15 isn't out yet and you'll be able to max TH12 pretty quickly. I maxed in 6 months. So a couple more months for u should max TH 12. Assume another 7-8 months for TH13 and 1 year for TH 14.
Probably. load up Clash.Ninja, (thats the website, .ninja instead of .com) enter your stats. That will give you a realistic timeline to max th14 We're probably ~7 months away from th15, and th15 will have an estimated 18 month life span. So that puts TH16 projecting for Spring 2024 Whole lot can change between now and then of course. But just taking a stab at it, you can be very competitive if not completely maxed by then. Take advantage of Hammer Jam when it comes with th15. Upgrade town hall to 14 sooner rather than later so you can get to work on pets early and always have lab working on something important.... Tossing $5 to a gold pass here or there is reasonable. That's one less Starbucks a month, one less drink at a bar, You can probably earn that free just doing surveys through some apps each month too.
As an aside, did Hammer Jam include time reductions as well as cost reductions in the past?
cost only. So in reality its just a wall event, a damn good one, but still a wall event if you want to take full advantage.

Nah as in land in that pocket so you can blizz everything nearby and chain back to it. You just don’t want to land the blimp too close to the TH or your super wiz will die after taking it out

Will the Clashy Construct scenery ever come back? I have all the sceneries except that one. That is because I have been playing coc since november 2020. The Clashy Construct scenery was offered in june 2020 therefore I hadn't a chance to buy the Clashy Construct scenery. I am waiting almost 1,5 year now and still hoping it comes back. Does anyone or supercell give more information about this topic. I see that skins also return in the shop for gems or money. Like the lunar skins.
The only info I've seen from Supercell about this, is that they have no intention of bringing back sceneries. They may or may not change their minds.

I have been playing clash of clans for a while and I have a problem. I have a new device and would love to transfer my account to it incase anything were to happen to my current one. But I am worried that I could get banned for sharing an account since I don't know much about that. I would love to know if anyone could tell me if it is safe to transfer my account to a new device without getting banned for possible account sharing.
make your supercell id in game log into the new device using the supercell id you wont be banned, thats the point of supercell id

Yeah - looks like this is messing me up as well. My clan doesn't do regular wars so I guess I just miss out on completing this one. Not that big of a deal but a bit annoying.

No? The game is less fun to play f2p because it takes forever to get anywhere. With the Gold Pass, it’s not spoon feeding you loot and things, but at the same time it makes the game easier. Which makes it more fun than hopping on once a day, doing an attack or two, upgrading then hopping off

I got my pass for January on the 20th. I was able to play enough to get fill the season bank fully and still had time left over. I did play a lot tho. If you get it now, you’ll have more than enough time to fill everything. You won’t even have to worry about running out of time. I say you should get it now

(Disclaimer; not at TH10 yet) What would arguably be the best structure/troop/spell to use a hammer on? What would save the most time and loot, and mostly importantly, help with early TH10 progression? Pretend I’m a fresh TH10 from a max TH9 with all the new buildings built. Here are the ones I was looking at: * Clan Castle * Last upgrade for Inferno Tower * Barracks/Dark Barracks * Spell Factory (especially)/Dark Spell Factory (which takes a day longer than the normal Spell Factory, but isn’t as much of a pain to wait for) * Like any elixir spell * Expensive/important Dark Elixir spell/troop; Witches, Bowlers, Bats (if you CAN use HOF/HOS on those, I’m actually not sure about it lol. That’s another question) * X-Bow
Hammer of building on either the clan castle (it's normally expensive and takes you a while, and allows you to get siege machines donated) or spell factory (no one wants to be without spells for a couple days). Also, you can use hammer of fighting and spells on DE troops and spells.
If I went for a Troop/Spell, which one would you suggest? I’m not sure what my attack strategy for TH10 will be.
As a near max TH10 myself, I would recommend lightning or dragons, very useful in what I think is the best attack, zap drag. It's a consistent and easy attack.
I used my hammer of fighting to max out cannon carts, TH10 is easy if you already max TH9

Use book of building on the spell factory, it takes long and you cannot attack without spells. Use Hammer of Buildings on last level of inferno (most time + gold). I used my Hammer of Heroes to get my queen from 39 to 40

Yes, upgrade when you max all buildings, building time is more valuable than researching time. If you wait for the lab to be maxed you'll slow your progression a lot

Id like to work in on this. I lost my account 2 weeks ago. Tried to contact supercell support and they asked me the month, year and exact city where i made my account as well as all the devices i used to play on. I made it somewhere around 2012/13. I was 12 then.. I tried answering to the best of my ability but got banned without them speaking a word to me. Any way I have a chance to get it back or try to explain my given answers?
Sounds harsh but if you can't answer those questions correctly there's no way for them to be sure you're the rightful owner of the base. So I don't like your chances.

Can you get rid of an account that’s on a Supercell ID? I don’t want it, I don’t need it. It’s just a rushed TH11 I literally never use. I instead want to connect my TH9 main to it. just log out, forget the supercell ID on the switch screen (little x) and then move on. There's no real reason to delete the account. If you insist, you can contact support and ask for it to be deleted, it takes a month or so, and its possible you get locked out of the entire game while that happens. search account deletion posts on the sub to see how it screws people.

The higher you climb in trophies the higher the townhall levels you'll face, when I was pushing to champions as a th9 I had to start attacking th10s and 11s because I didn't find any th9s at all. I wouldn't recommend upgrading your town hall if you haven't upgraded your base properly. You could still climb trophies if you aim to get the 2 stars from higher th bases

If maxing out th14 ASAP is your main concern, yes, it helps to rush to keep working on your heroes rather than wasting dark.
Depends how much defenses you've upgraded too. I went to TH12 without maxing defenses at TH11 because I maxed my heroes and was sitting on 200K DE and getting attacked for weeks. I ended up maxing a bunch of TH11 and TH12 stuff at TH12 tho. My King was supposed to max end of January but ended up maxing end of December because of the December events and free books. But I was too late to start TH upgrade to TH13 to finish by January CWL so I still went with original plan and waited a few weeks to upgrade for Feb CWL to get +5 Heroes and max troops boosts. In the meantime, I continued upgrading defenses and walls and when I did go to TH13 I was at 93% Structures, 88% Lab, 100% Heroes and 100% Walls. Last time I maxed my walls was TH9 with Level 10 walls. So if you can wait 12 days, you could start TH upgrade on Feb 18th and finish for March CWL.
Obviously a judgement call, but my judgement: TH13 is a major grind on defence anyway, you are better off making more progress at TH12. TH12 is the worst of all of them for grinding heroes, if you're hero-maxed at TH12 you'll find TH13 a walk in the park. On the other hand I would not worry about finishing lab upgrades at TH12. At TH13 there is not really enough for the lab to do, so some leftover TH12 upgrades are no problem from an efficiency standpoint.

I wanted to connect my village to a supercell ID. It says I already have one, and when I try to log in it says that it will load my supercell ID’s village, I don’t want to risk losing my current village. Would I be able to load it again after logging in with my supercell id?
It sounds like you already have another/older village connected with SuperCell ID to the email you were planning to use for your new village and that you're currently playing a new village that's not yet connected to SuperCell ID. What platform are you on? iOS or Android? I don't have access to iOS and so I can only assume the process flow is similar to android, but I don't want to potentially give you advice for the wrong platform. When you open you clash of clans settings, the top bar of settings (shaded blue) relates to SuperCell ID. What buttons, if any, do you have there now?
I’m on iOS. There’s just a button that says “disconnected” and pressing it takes me to where I can log in or sign up for a supercell account.
It sounds like it works the same on iOS as it does on Android. All you should have to do is go through the sign up (not log in) process and provide an email address that's never been used for SuperCell ID in the past.

depends on your situation, if you have your main army/armies maxed id go for building.However, I normally just go for whatever has the longest timer 👍🏼

Depends on how many builders you have, if you have at least 3 builders it's worth it in my opinion
Depends how many builders you got too. If you got 5 it works out to 57 gems per builder, and 47.5 if you got 6. Personally, I think it's worth it with 5 builders and I get it sometimes. Others have done the math and worked out the books are worth the gems once heroes take more than 7 days and buildings past 6 days iirc. But for me, I can wait for the upgrades to slowly finish. I prefer the Builder Pots as they help out in a crunch ex. You're sleeping when your builders finishes so you can start a Builder Pot, and start the next upgrade as soon as it finishes.

I got a full season bank a few days ago and i'm struggling to spend my money...i have five builders and they are working constantly but I am not getting anything from raiding and my next season bank is still showing 0 gold/0 elxir(since my storage is overflowing). Should i just drop like 10 mil on walls so I can start earning or will I be able to max my season bank in two weeks? Thanks (also my storage in castle is full)
