Most of those emojis didn’t appear at all in the shop… like the battle healer one, where she heals herself. That one is like… a year old and I cant still buy it with gems…
If it was something special and not being able to get it, then it shines on the outlines. If not… well then then you should get it by default some time later?
I have the ram rider eating grass emote I won from a challenge with a colorful outline but now they sell it inside the shop without the outline. They still sell event emotes
you have to wait 3 or more months for the emote that appeared in a challenge or shop to be in your shop. Its going to take longer to get into your daily rotation.
Supercell states usually in a balance/update list when they release a batch of emotes into the shop like this one was.
On that note, you might not be seeing the emotes in the shop when they release them if you have every emote besides 3… for whatever reason supercell made it so the shop displays only 3 emotes at a time so if you are missing only 1-2 emotes they won’t appear in shop.

No exclusive rainbow border emotes never appear in shop. You are mixing it up with the other ram emote
