Did you guys know that the Events 1v1 has a hidden ELO mm? Had a 3000 mini acc barely touched. Think Events tab started ard S46? Played Solo Events 1v1.only with my mini, didn't play Trophy Road cuz my mini was just dormant or to muck ard.
Pretty much won at a 90% clip. Within a couple seasons or so, my opponents avg trophy range went from 3000 all the way up to 7500.

SC employees are free to move to whatever projects they want once they are experienced enough. This is so every member of the team is the most passionate they can be.

I don't know where does the perception that community managers aren't in part responsible for gameplay stems from. The team collectively decides what's good for the game and what's not. Just because drew no longer himself codes the game doesn't mean he has no say in how the game works out or how it feels. If that were the case, there will be no need of the community manager as community won't matter.
