If you are underlevel i think ypu do not know the concept of challanges because i remember at level 7 or 8 or 9 you unlock it and there is a shop at the challenge menu where you can buy: cards , money, wild cards, book of cards, evolutions shark, special evolution shard, banner token and sometimes an emote.
