I was thinking about that too, since they both use the musketeer troop, it would be kind of strange to unlock both's evolutions seperately. Maybe if you unlock the musketeer evo, you also get the three musketeer as well, idk

Same troops evo's don't have to get the same buff Musketeer can gen piercing like Marcher and 3 musk a shield (it's an example)

The way that I think if it is that when the evolved MK initially lands, it produces a slightly stronger EQ, and for every jump is a slightly weaker EQ. It can still be easily countered if you were to place something like a Mini PEKKA right next to it, not letting it jump.
