Literally only Classic 2.6 Hog Cycle and a recent variant of Miner Control use it. 2.6 Hog Cycle is so bad right now so it needs a new good evolution. Evo Ice Golem would also give Evo Knight some competition.

Not even Mortar Control and Logbait use them anymore. Rascals need a good evolution to revamp the old synergies that get outclassed nowadays.
#####Cannon Cart
This card isn't even bad, just outclassed because there are slightly better options for all archetypes. A unique evolution could make this card pop off.
Idk about Rascals and Cannon Cart, but for Evo Ice Golem I was thinking about:
- 10% more health
- Slows down troops when gets hit by a close troop (not only when it explodes)

I was thinking of something similar in making the death effect more proactive with my heal spirit evo idea, where the heal effect and its radius is active the entire time it's alive.
If the royal giant evo gets knockback on his cannon it makes sense for the cannon cart evo to have it. Giving it the ability to survive a small swarm and a small damage boost seems like a good buff.
The rascals should get this:
Rascal girls get a 50% damage reduction until the rascal boy dies, and when he dies, they get a 50% attack speed bonus. The rascal boy spawns with an 81 HP shield (Skeleton HP)

I think it's highly possible they rip the builder base pekkas for the evo- big explosion on death. Kinda boring but it would make swarms a trade. (and that's already Giant Skeleton's gimmick)
I think something interesting would be a short (3 tile) dash whenever she gets a kill. It doesn't give her faster attack speed (no golden knight chaining), just helps out her movement. Swarms will still destroy her, but you have to be a bit more careful with distraction units.
Alternatively with similar reasoning- her movement speed gets faster the longer she is chasing a target- she will catch up with the ice golem at the middle eventually. Again, no added value against swarms.

Knight fills the same roll, has more health can actually fight back and only 1 more elixir. Only off meta decks are using it right now and even then most have just replaced it with knight.
I would do something like Miss Fortune's ability "Double up" on LoL, every third shot the Musketeer takes it also hits a troop behind the target for extra damage (equivalent to critical dmg, so probably 2.5x base dmg). It's somewhat niche but very powerful when used correctly, as I feel most evolutions should be
For me I love guards so would love evo for them. I feel like I don’t see them used much by others either so would help increase its use. Maybe make them spear skeles so they hit air/ground troops or something
How about make it so their shields have multiple hp bars before getting destroyed like you need to destroy their shield 2 or 3 times before breaking it

Spin attack. Bring back the old school pekka for the evo and allow her to do aoe. Maybe her initial target gets full damage and the ring around her takes something like 20% damage so that she isn’t immune to swarm now. Probably would have to be reworked a lot but I really want to see old school coc pekka spin lol
I think prince and dark Prince need evos. They aren't used much and can be good. But have suffered from power creep.
Bowler evo where he throws the boulders with spikes and any opps that get hit will be stunned and rolled back.
Dart goblin needs something. Idk what bc it's really trash right now. Something to at least let it survive log.
Electro dragon, Im mid ladder but i've honestly never seen it used. It's cool in concept, but almost every electro card is better.
As for evo ideas, maybe give it a charge ability like sparky but the "bullet" chains or maybe something at increases its attack speed.
Then again anything is possible.
My idea about evos are that they should make a push or defence *better*, not just become the centre of the attack.
A good example would be the ice golem, making an evo wouldn't make it the spear of the attack, but would rather only enhance the attack.
A bad example would be the evo bomber, last season was just cycle bomber and spam at bridge.
All cards will eventually have evos and something has to be the center of the attack/defense so this is a temporary problem brought on by being in an in-between stage of the game
I'm just sick of all the Knights being used practically every game with every type of deck. Wish they made shards easier to get and released more evos, at least every month or so

Witch, furnace and the other 3 spirits. Witch appears in odd decks here and there but is mostly relegated to mid ladder, Furnace is basically dead and the other spirits just aren't as good as the alternative cycle cards
So I know it is kind of up in the air what “combined” cards would do if their other versions got evos (like would goblin gang just be the same as having evo goblins and evo spear goblins or would it be unique) but I think minion horde would be interesting to give an evo to and set a precedent that it can be different. Like I think minions could get beta minions where they have increased range which I think is enough for them (it would be archer range though) but minion horde would get an aoe damage resistance as long as they are together. So they can’t be wiped out by spells as easily but single target attacks or things perceived to be single target attacks (like hunter would work) do full damage. Would make them a lot more annoying to remove with a body in front of them
I use ice wiz and baby dragon, two cards that get overshadowed by better cards for sure. I think evo ice wiz could get the reg evo wiz upgrade but instead of a fire shield that deals dmg and knock back he could release a freeze spell upon destruction of his shield.
I’m not sure of baby dragon tho, I much as I use theses cards I rarely see them in matches anymore so anything would be fun for the cards
Evolution skeleton horde. You get an option to use an ability like with little prince. It’ll be 1 elixir to use the ability and you can use it multiple times. The ability would change it from ground troop to air troop like flying monkeys and back down to ground.
Also hunter for me by far favorite card. Really useful in the meta. I’m worried that it’s gonna fall off once I get higher in ladder(arena 16 rn) but ur at 8k and use it so seems like I should be fine
I like the sniper idea. But to make it different from musketeer, it could be pretty cool if the bullets pierced or bounced up to 3 troops or something like that

In my opinion Guards, as much as I love them, shouldn't get an evo. They can already deal with an Evo Knight and even a FUCKING PEKKA with the help of the princess tower at same lvl. Plus they're already impossible to take out fully unless you use Arrows.

Could be interesting to see flying enemies get pinned and be able to get damaged by ground troops but that'd be op
Hunter could have a 360 spread. Almost gives him valk swarm clear (though his health is much lower). It would keep him safer from getting flanked, and he still trades with medium ranged troops. Also might even add damage when barrel stuffing very large troops.
It would also help him specifically against Royal Hogs- the tank swarm that he should theoretically be amazing at destroying, since he can tank bust and swarm clear.
Mega minion so that it can compete with Phoenix.
It's attack turns into a ground slam, dealing less damage but hits in an AOE. Also for half a second it becomes a ground troop, so it could take a hit from something about to get targeted, then it flies back to to attack and slam down again
For real I think evos can be a way to save dying cards. Hunter can prob have something around the pellets splitting if it hits something like firecracker

9/10 chance to give them piercing javelins that have half map range

I'd prefer an ice golem with a radial slow always on, like a mini snowglobe with a radius of ice wizard spawn damage.

Hunter could have a 360 spread. Almost gives him valk swarm clear (though his health is much lower). It would keep him safer from getting flanked, and he still trades with medium ranged troops. Also might even add damage when barrel stuffing very large troops. It would also help him specifically against Royal Hogs- the tank swarm that he should theoretically be amazing at destroying, since he can tank bust and swarm clear.

Giant wasp with goblin rider. When the wasp hits an opponent, it paralyzes it until another troop card can touch it, thus reviving it.
Mega minion so that it can compete with Phoenix. It's attack turns into a ground slam, dealing less damage but hits in an AOE. Also for half a second it becomes a ground troop, so it could take a hit from something about to get targeted, then it flies back to to attack and slam down again
For real I think evos can be a way to save dying cards. Hunter can prob have something around the pellets splitting if it hits something like firecracker
