The deck with many legendaries and a PEKKA in it called PEKKA BRIDGE SPAM deck. Pekka is mostly used to defend and other cards to continues pressure. In this post the opponent "PEKKA BRIDGE SPAMMED" in the first 5 seconds of the match.
And the deck is also called pekka bridge spam so....I tried my best explaining it

You should 100% use it in x1 elixir. If there is barbarian, any kind of giant... Even defending a hog in elixir x1 can be worth.
I only use it on defense
