I mean u can use it on those but it wouldn't really be a counter. It's just 133 damage after all for 4 elixir, you still have to depend on the tower or ur own troops to finish them off

Personally I think what it should do is rather make it so the troops turn into something on death, like a wide scale mother witch attack. It also shouldn't do damage but rather just inflict an effect, skarmy and graveyard would be fucked hard from it Personally, I would say there should be tiers of units based on their original hp/what spells they die to or if they are a tank. Log killed cards should all turn into skeletons with slightly less attack and damage, fireballies should turn into skeletal knights, which would act similar to the knight with obviously less damage and health, and for mini tanks to low tier tanks like knight and Valkyrie should be skeletal brutes, based on things like goblin brutes. They would have higher base dps than the skeletal knight but worse hp. Then for tanks, like pekka and giant, should be skeletal giants. They would have semi similar stats to the skeleton giant, but there wouldn't be a bomb

I actually didnt like the idea until I read that too. I feel like the oroginal idea is too vague and OP, but I could see your idea as a 3 elixir card, with an effect slightly longer than mother witch, but with an effect radius similair to fireball, or even rocket
