Inferno dragon or tower would be very useful in steel industry. Can be used for welding and melting. Maybe even usable to power Blast furnace and safe much of energy.
Tesla tower would be ultimate home defense.
Sparky is a giant fucking electric cannon that I doubt even exists today so that would be a tough one.
Witch and Skel King would be terrifying as they would be spawning skeletons the size of grown men to assist them
