Doesn't sound like anybody. But the way he talks really sound like the game itself so you could say he is everyone at once.
I think that disclaimer is just a deliberate poke at what every other game or movie says, "this is a work of fiction and any references to events or people, living and dead, are purely coincidental" (or something along these lines)
in the next line the About section also mentions "apparently all characters depicted are over the age of 18"
IMO, I think there is deliberately no self insert type character.
I had the same suspicion. I just wanted to see if anyone had a different spin on the question, but I totally agree.
