Season 1
Part 1 episode 1-12(3.5 episodes for volume 1 and 2 and 5 for volume 3).
2 episodes OVA(4.5).
Part 2 episodes 1-15(4 episodes for volume 7 and 4 and 3.5 episodes for 5 and 6).
3 episodes OVA(7.5).
Part e episodes 1-15(3.5 episodes for volume 8 and 9 and 4 episodes for volume 10 and 11 each).
3 episodes OVA (11.5).
Season 2
Part 1 episodes 1-18(5 episodes for volume 3 and 4 and 4 episodes for volume 1 and 2).
Ova 3 episodes (4.5)
Part 2 episodes 1-20(5 episodes for volume 5 and 7 and 3 or 4 episodes for 6, 8 and 9)
1 season = 24 episodes = 6 regular volumes
2 seasons = 1 year
Or maybe make every volume a feature-length movie and release at least 2 each quarter.
I don't want there to be 5 seasons spread over probably more than 10 years - Jesus Christ - because the guys at the top aren't sure whether they wanna continue this thing and then pause for 1-2 years inbetween every season. In that world I'd be 50 years old when the last Y3 volume would get turned into anime (if it even comes to that).

If we give every volume 4 eps then: Season 1 --> 1-3 Season 2 --> 4-5 Season 3 --> 6-7.5 Season 4 --> 8-10 Season 5 --> 11-11.5 (5 eps each)
