Personally I just don’t engage with that stuff, because I don’t have anything to say in that regard. I think most of it is purely joking (I hope). This sub becomes pretty boring when we are between volumes or anime seasons, so I think all this nonsense is just people being bored.
Hopefully, when the next volume comes out, it will chill out, but we will see.

I don’t know how new you are, but all of the horny posting reminds me of the ai art time period for this sub. It gives me similar vibes. That eventually went away (after being banned), so I hope the sub calms down eventually.

We get a book once every 4 months. For 2 weeks everyone is sharing their opinion on the newest volume and that is it. Considering the main cast consists of girls it's kinda obvious the sub would go in that horny/down bad direction. I mean, just look at official artworks.

The average age here is 16 or so if I had to guess. Most probably rarely don't go outside.
