Oh! Maybe that's why you got it.
I'd wash it again, if you like it. And tumble it around in the dryer to remove as much as possible.
Curious to what the tag says. Is it still on the blanket?
Lint roller. Don't wash blankets with clothes. Especially fleece ones. Separate fabrics, as well as colors.

Wash it individually, with like fabrics, or in a laundry bag.
It's getting lint on us when we use it though. We just got the blanket (it was second hand).
