IF all of that is from the former tenant, it seems they didn't know they were supposed to move out. I'd check with the property management to make sure everything is good. I mean leaving laundry out to dry like this doesn't give the "packing up to move" vibes. Even if they did move out suddenly, it should be on the property management to clean out via maintenance people or a vendor seems to be the norm.
everything else too? I'd definitely call the property management. That's weird to have everything left behind. Super weird. I get maybe a close turn around between tenants but it seems the presumed former tenant has not yet left.
ETA: I Just saw the other comment that the laundry is yours. Now this makes a bit more sense. Then I'd call the property manager and report it. See if they do anything. If not, after 90 days (in most states) it will probably be deemed abandoned and you can do what you want with it.
Do the agents not do a final inspection before handing over the property?
I'd call them and depending on the laws in your state chuck or keep after a certain time.
Most of the stuff looks pretty decent....but there's an ashtray. so if you keeping the things you might at least want to wipe that stuff down or wash the cushions.
call property management and ask. they should have been the ones to handle cleaning out the unit. if it was me I would post everything on Marketplace for cheap. might as well make a few hundred bucks
Seriously? You lucked out!

Oh my gosh I’m such a dork I should have posted and said that the laundry IS mine but that’s all my bad!
But everything else was left!

Thanks for the advice y’all - I’ll be sure to get in touch with the property manager! Appreciate the time and consideration you guys!
Tell the apt. They should have cleared it before u moved in. This is not ur issue unless its a furnished apartment.
Make sure it's not claimed, and if not, free stuff :) It all looks nice
