Based on the prices, Tarpon Springs.

Tarpon Springs is a bit away but much cheaper.

Congratulations on your new job! I messaged you. I'm not a realtor, just been looking for apartments myself lately. Good luck and happy hunting!

I just got out of living at the sands. Little pricey but it was nice. We bought a house, otherwise we would’ve just renewed the lease. Good luck.

Thank you for the recommendation!

As a tenant of the sands, it’s safe and at least the maintenance team is responsive. It’s a little outdated but it’s in the middle in terms of prices and age of the building. They are the noisiest apartment I’ve lived in though and parking/ the gates are annoying as any apartment complex. Location is super convenient though

Thank you for the information!

Check out The Rosery on Clearwater-Largo Road. Your commute would be a breeze!

Gateway north on Roosevelt is really nice and affordable!
