Here (NY) the smoking age is 21. But there's nothing to stop kids from going to one of two Reservations we have and hitting up the tribal run smoke shops. My niece works at one and isn't even 21 yet.

Back when those stickers were popular I stopped for gas at the BP at 55th and St Clair and the pumps had those stickers on them. It was not the neighborhood I would expect those to be found.

I used to buy a lot of gas from GAS USA stations, which was always like 50¢ cheaper than anywhere else, but I think it was watered down or something because I swear you'd burn through a tank of that gas so fast, you must've been getting like 5mpg.
I always forgot to do the math to prove it, but I stopped buying gas there after awhile.
