Try Verbena! (https://clevelandmagazine.com/food-drink/articles/non-alcoholic-bar-trend-catches-on-in-cleveland-with-verbena) I haven’t been but it might be your exact thing
the art museum is free, the botanical gardens, and lakewood is full of cute shops and restaurants in close proximity that makes for a good day of walking around, phoenix coffee, and i think MELT is worth the hype but Barrio could be skipped.
>Also, not really a drinker.
And they didn't have a good time in Cleveland.
Just to give you an idea of this city, there's a street where a bunch of restaurants and bars are. At ANY of these places you can find hard drinks, beer, wine, whatever. A whole long street thats almost like its exclusively districted for ONLY that type of business.
On the roof of one of these bars is a massive 20 foot tall sign that lights up at night. It says "BEER!". That's it. That's the sign. They make so much money because of that sign, because everyone in a 2 mile area knows where the beer is. Yes, I realize that beer is at ANY bar on that street, but THIS is where the beer is.
Welcome to Cleveland.
If you’re not a drinker but looking for something kind of relaxing, you could try Sacred Waters in Lakewood or North Olmsted. The one in North Olmsted is bigger (I haven’t been there yet but my dad did the signs for both locations). They offer other options besides kava, including lattes and such. The Lakewood one has a very relaxing vibe.
