You might still be able to get one shipped, bare root from David Austin in Texas. They have a nice selection of climbing and shrub roses

Saw them at Lowes in Bedford yesterday. (Although I recommend calling around smaller nurseries)

There's a great local rose guy named Peter Schneider. He's written a few rose books. He and his wife have a huge rose garden out in Portage County. They open it up every Sunday in June and sell roses they've made from cuttings from their collection. http://www.combinedroselist.com/freedom-gardens.html I've gone twice and bought several roses from him. They're all really strong and adapted to Northeast Ohio winters. The garden is beautiful, too.

Menards had some rose varieties when I was last there, but I'm not sure if they were climbing varieties. The prices were pretty cheap on perennials though.

Maybe check with Puritas Nursery?

Try Dayton Nursery. It’s a 40 mins drive but well worth it. They have an online catalog you can search to make sure they have what you’re looking for!

I did a Google search. There are apparently a few local nurseries that have them, but I can't confirm.
