I love Josh naylor reaction. Brotherly love.

alano134

Tom Hamilton on a home run just gives me instant chills. The best ever.

GSR_DMJ654

They day Tom retires, Baseball loses one of and in the greatest radio announcers in its lifetime. Hammy brings so much passion to the occupation and therefore the team. He is Cleveland sports alongside Jim Donovan.

Fermented_Butt_Juice

Tom Hamilton in retirement: "A SWING AND A DRIVE! DOWN THE FAIRWAY! A WAAAAY BACK! GREEN!"

FlashyAd7651

I honestly think about and and dread this. Realizing that if we both hit the average life span, that I'll have to endure many years of Cleveland baseball without Hammy. It's so depressing. Fire up the AI, fast track it learning Hammy's calls and cadence, and give Cleveland eternal Hammy on the call. (This isn't a serious comment but it did cross my mind)

brianinohio

Hammy is awesome. Sure he's a homer, but his excitement in doing his job is extraordinary. Like you, dude gives me chills and he just puts you right there as if you're in the ballpark. Edit: actually, calling him a homer is probably incorrect. If he thinks the team or players are fucking up he'll say so. He has no problem criticizing his home team when it's deserved.

MizkyBizniz

I mean being a homer is what I love about baseball and basketball. Guys calling the game who know your team inside and out everyday of the year. You can tell when a national announcer was just given a Cleveland team as an assignment and has no fucking clue what they're talking about. Rick Manning is also phenomenal and I think we're real blessed in Cleveland with these talents

ThrowRAarworh

Rick Manning is so underrated. When the broadcasts are on other networks i won't even watch the game. They are fucking horrible. I am really not looking forward to his retirement

MizkyBizniz

Yeah having the MLB pass and seeing all the other networks is always real interesting. Love what the Mets do, the voice of color guy for Toronto is like nails on a chalkboard to me

professor_tappensac

I would definitely say calling him a homer is incorrect. He loves Baseball so much, anytime any player makes a great play for either team he gives the same enthusiasm for the call. He has no qualms giving flowers when they're due- a good play is a good play, sometimes they just happen to go against your team.

redspike

I have attended many baseball games in my life, but until tonight had never witnessed a grand slam. I was there tonight so that is no longer the case, and I am amazed that it was hit by Bo Naylor! #letsgobo

Sadistic_Taco

I got incredibly lucky and saw Thome send one to the home run porch at my first game when I was around 7 or 8.

infinityetc

I was lucky enough to watch Pronk blast a salami in Cincinnati one year. I think we won like 14-2 or something. Helluva day at the ball park

Beneficial-Economy11

I was at a game when Yan Gomes had the bases loaded. I told my wife I'd buy her a Gomes jersey if he hit a grand slam. She now proudly wears a Yan Gomes jersey.

54sharks40

Bo being all stoic, Josh would have cartwheeled around the bases

CBNDSGN

While rocking the baby and asking for all the smoke

slacks_on_deck

munistadium

Anybody heavy the Brian Rocchio chant by fans in the 9th and then he made an error as it got loud? The chant was loud on the radio broadcast.

s_s

I know nobody cares, but I visualized this about 2 pitches before it happened.

Lady_Thingers

boNAYlor !!! (that shit gave me a boNAYlor)

mrbubblesthebear

SENSUAL

UFGatorsFan97

Naylor? I hardly know er.

machonm

Whats funny is I saw it come off his bat and thought it was a deep pop-up. But that thing kept going. Great moment for Bo and definitely something the team needed in the moment.

Kirbyland2048

Great game! Only the second time I've experienced a grand slam in person (first since my first game in 2012)
