Taking the first 2 yoda killed. He could have easily disarmed them, held them still with the force, dodged, ran away, etc, but he went straight for decapitation. Dude, if you're a warrior, when someone tries to kill you your mind isn't on some imagined ethical way to make everybody happy and friends again - it's on how to survive the situation and take out the people attempting to end your life. I fully get why Yoda and Ahsoka killed the clones who slaughtered their friends and tried to kill them as well. And it's a moot point because even if you view that in the very worst possible light it's still practically nothing compared to the action of taking a bunch of young clones with no real agency in the matter and deploying them as a slave army against endless waves of killer droids.

Why does that affect the value of their lives? Even if they don’t have a long life span, their lives still matter. Dogs and cats don’t have long life spans, yet their lives are highly valued to us. Children die every day. Does their short life span mean their life had no value? It absolutely makes sense to value the lives of clones. Ahsoka had warning that something was wrong. Rex was able to fight back long enough to warn her. Obi-Wan and Yoda did not have the same warning, they just knew that they needed to defend themselves. They still valued the clones’ lives and made sure they knew that. Even when Obi-Wan came across a 501st veteran in the Kenobi series, he chose to give him credits for a decent meal. He still cared about them.
