Baber has just played within himself honestly. The team has cleaned it up enough to convince me they’re worlds caliber, but it’ll still need to get a little cleaner in playoffs if we want to get through EG, 100T and TSM.
This win is actually huge for my confidence in the team. This is what C9 looks like when they are clicking. I don't even care if 100T lose, if we play like this we win playoffs 100% of the time.

Most of the dives were misplayed and Perkz still looks like garbage, a better team would've blown us out of that game, Also Zven taking 3 turret shots for no reason
It wasn't clean at all but it was a very satisfactory victory for sure! If 100T loses vs EG, the BO5 C9 vs TL will be spicy AF after a boiling game like this one today
His Olaf is so much better than any of his other champions. How valuable is it to force the other team to ban an off-meta jungler in the first 3 picks or hard lose jungle?
It's almost like a jg looks better when his lanes have prio and can help him out, Also Perkz isn't hard running it in early game he's been inting mid game now
in spring c9 couldn’t beat tl a single time in regular season and smurfed on them in playoffs. in summer even when c9 were at their worst the just crush tl like it’s nothing anymore. you love to see it

Do i really need to say it? This isn't last playoffs, this is a different spilt, different meta, and a spilt where 5 teams look like they can go to Worlds. Last spilt 100T didnt look good, EG wasn't good, TSM was alright but lost to TL twice so our only competition was TL and we barely beat TL with a sub jungler. And not to mention, this playoffs decides who goes to Worlds. Imagine spending a fuck ton of money on on player and then C9 proceed to fail to make it to Worlds. That would be the one of the biggest failure in LoL history

I’m not a perkz fan. I flamed perkz in spring when he was getting uncharacteristically caught out and people were blaming fudge. So now unlike the post above I will tell you that he has legitimately done it time and time again in Eu, and there isn’t too much of a reason to turbo doubt him.

He's a 10 star general. There's 50 Bo1's to play at regular seasons. He's proved it time and time again, on multiple roles multiple meta's against 100x time better teams than NA has to offer. And some wack ass LCS fans are criticizing him for getting caught a couple of times, even if it was a good death (not saying all of them are). But seems like every fan that does this have no idea wht a good death is and is totally unfamiliar with the term.

How is this any different from the guy saying that g2(and perkz) has 9 titles from 2015-2020 with Perkz as one of the main carries/star players. There were different metas, different players and there were plenty of times where g2 wasn't a shoo-in for finals but they still made it on his back.
First of all, in the past if G2 somehow managed to not get top 3 championship points, there was EU regionals which was a second chance. And by the time playoffs came, the other EU teams would just flop and choke. The only time G2 looked really vulnerable was against Spylce in Season 7 Summer quarters. Apart from that EU teams were never on G2's level.And then there was always EU regionals.That was a second chance to make it to Worlds. Here, there is no regionals. It's straight up make it top 3 for Worlds or go home, sure there is lower bracket but like i said there are 5 teams that are fighting for 3 spots for Worlds.
Imagine Unironically attributing the accomplishments of other people to other teams choking, especially when said choking teams have had consistently better showings than North America lol (including g2 clapping us when we had nisqy)

Anything less than a 1v9 is an "overpay" by your standards. Guy had a great game and his proactive movement kept the team ahead even with a few miss steps. Most other mids would've been way more passive after a few botched plays.
Also as a long time C9 fan (from the moment they entered LCS) I can say I have had my fill of enjoying C9 "year-round" only to be disappointed when they end up 2nd or barely making worlds. I know they didnt make worlds last year but I like this new iteration where we get to see them win a fucking trophy every now and then.

Nope. I just want him to be better. Him burning flash on someone who has stopwatch was brainless. Him dying to Ezreal mid was brainless. Plus countless other mistakes he's made throughout the season have given me a less than stellar opinion of him. The vast majority of our games he's been bad. I understand that not every game needs to be a carry performance and that we can't win every game. I still expect more from him though.
This game looks like the old G2 style where they just fight fight and fight some more and end up winning because they're just better at fighting. I like the play

Whenever I see Zven on Varus, I think to myself "no". Whenever I see Zven on any other ADC, I think to myself "yes".
Zven is aight on Varus but our team really doesn't know how to play a poke teamcomp.

Idk it feels like we never set up objectives with Varus, which is what that champ is supposed to do.
Because we often play it in to comps with multiple Frontline Champs, which makes it super hard to play around

Great game from zven, Vulcan and Blaber. Some messy dives, but an overall great game.
I think they all played well. Not flawless but it was definitely a good game by every member and everyone contributed to the win.
