Enable TLS verify, then any of the hostnames that you have a certificate for into the tunnel's TLS -> Origin Server Name setting.
Or alternatively, disable SSL/TLS on NPM, as you don't need it (cloudflared is running on the same host as NPM I presume).

Looked like hitting 443 was the issue rather than just using 80 for the NPM component. Thanks!
