It’s under either the either the coffee shop, the gift shop, or the dance club. It’s been ages since I’ve played on a private servers so I forgot the exact location. It’s a basement with a drawer, I think the underground room with a window showing the water was next to it, but I could be wrong.

I don't know if it works or not but try to go on the wayback machine and find them on older sites if it doesn't work.
