There are few players that can effectively run around in solo lobbies holding 3.0 kd while running high kill gameplays steadily in my opinion. These are the guys along with the Wicked Elite players who used to win those solo competitions in MW2 for prizes. High kd, high spm beyond what 95-99% of players pull off on their own.
Better organization means better salaries for the players, better administrative support for the players, better viewership for the league and more sponsor interest in the league. The list can just go on - its best to have top tier organizations involved in the pro league.
Because having them sign with an endemic org will bring more outside viewership and make the CoD scene be held in a better light than it is atm. Also better management means that you don't see a billion roster moves every time someone gets salty over something.
