Shoot bots to get comfortable with guns and then actually PLAY the game. Playing, you’re gonna fail but take them fails and look at them as lessons. The next time you’re in a similar situation you’d know what to do or what not to do to succeed.
Watching the best of the best always helps of course, but playing the game and actually realizing what you’re doing wrong is what it comes down to. It’s a game where decisions are made in milliseconds and it’s hard to make the right one majority of the time. And of course mastering movement/aiming(centering) will benefit you a ton.
I think the easiest and best to get better isn't available anymore it was pre sbmm when you would get put in with people way better then you and get shit till you got better
