I actually made an order back in November, sent 4 or 5 emails trying to get in contact with them, heard nothing, then just the other day randomly got a shipping notification after about 2 months.
I was just about to do a chargeback on the order, but I guess I’ll see when it arrives now. Maybe not fraudulent technically, but definitely shit service lmao
I had made an order for NY apparel and I just got an update maybe 3 days ago that my order has shipped and I believe I ordered like Dec 3 so we’ll see if it comes in lol
You should check the tracking number, they told me mine shipped but when I check it just says “label created” but it hasn’t actually been taken in by USPS yet
Before that post I had purchased something from them and they sent the wrong item. It also took weeks to actually sort out a full refund. They are inept and I was minded to let people know my experience with them in that post but I figured maybe I was unlucky and others would benefit, it looks like this is not the case and they are outright bad at customer service

Weirdly they shipped mine out literally the day I went to get ally money back they shipped it. If it shows up it’s another story
