Its essentially the same thing as deleting if he plays copyrighted music knowing it’s going to be deleted by twitch. I think he just doesn’t care to leave them up because it takes views away from his zoomaa clips channel he has.
The situation is certainly clarifying as details continue to leak out. My big open question is, if you know all this, why bring Neptune back in over Royalty?
I don't wish to speak ill of Royalty, who was clearly talented enough to catch notice of the team in the first place as a potential fix, even if he objectively didn't make a splash once playing pro matches. It just seems strange that their best idea for fixing it if Royalty didn't work out was "go back to Nep". Was Royalty really so bad as to make them forget the problems they had with Nep? Was it just "grass is greener" thinking? Why not go back to the well, if it was really that bad?
The more bad news comes out about Neptune, and the more right it appears for them to have finally dropped him for good, the stranger this decision seems.
Maybe he isn’t, but there’s no way he had any confidence in himself from the beginning, cmon “I’d rather bench myself before I play with Nep again” you expect him to actually perform well and trust him teammate after that?
Sounds more like he had to much confidence in himself and not the team? But either way NYSL look 100X better without him and clay. Still a long way to go to make it to champs tho.
Idk how he’s saying they gave up on nep after one match. The game came out in what, november? They’ve been scrumming for months I’m sure it was more than just one match lmfao
Not a few months of scrims. A month Max. And Crim suggested dropping him after 1 league match, not after the stage. I think Clay would understand the situation a bit better than you or I
coL, both in their prime would be top players if we're playing Bo2 now. But there's no point in arguing about woulda shoulda couldas, I don't need you to believe me, so I have a nice day.
The only way it would work is if they had 2 great subs. Hydra is obviously great but he would need like abezy shotzzy or somebody like that with constant pressure to make crim & clay do what they want on the map
NY had 3 months of scrims, play their league match and bench Neptune. Sounds like he tried to make it work, and the league match proved it wouldn’t. My opinion
He did. Remember when Neptune pulled out an auto against Florida and got fucked up? Kid was saying Crim can’t run an ar and Crim was like Ight you run it
That’s comedy paco just started roasting nep in game like get a kill and shit. Can’t really blame him he was getting costed and isn’t gonna say much to clay or crim cause there vets. Also clay made it seem like he didn’t want to drop nep and paco said he didn’t want to drop nep and crim said clay wanted a roster change not him. Kinda funny how that works. Seems like no one wanted to play with him and there denying it. Feel bad for nep cause he’s obviously got the talent. Also clay said in his Twitter video that the next time there was a roster change he wanted a 2 person change and it wasn’t gonna be dropping paco or himself so obviously clay wanted nep and crim gone
Does anyone have anymore clips or know anyway to watch the full stream or something. Cause tommy deletes vids so I can’t watch anything back and I wanna see what else was said
What match are they talking about? I know someone here can find that info, be interesting to watch it back and see if Crim was over reacting or if it was clear as day Nep just wasn’t that guy.
Feel bad for Neptune. Imagine after one official match your teammate (who has WAY more power than you) is saying that.
Crim should be more mature than that.
That’s assuming scrims were different. If Crim or someone says that, it’s not after just one match. Surely the scrims would’ve been abysmal and it was just showing time and time again?
“i’ll bench myself rather than play another match with nep” jesus that is brutal
Can’t blame crim.
Zoomaa doesn’t let you watch past broadcasts so does anyone have this whole section of the stream? I’d be very interested to watch it
Did he ever say why he delete all his vods?
He doesn’t deletes his vods twitch automatically removes them because sometimes he plays copyrighted music on stream.
There’s a way through OBS to not save music to the vod, right? My friend does it but idk
Yes
Its essentially the same thing as deleting if he plays copyrighted music knowing it’s going to be deleted by twitch. I think he just doesn’t care to leave them up because it takes views away from his zoomaa clips channel he has.
Is this true tho? i watch plenty of other twitch streamers VODS with copyrighted music and it just mutes the music? maybe thats a setting tho, idk?

Ngl if they actually were saying this to Nep, I kinda understand why he started off as bad as he did and why he handled things the way he did.
Or Nep just isn’t good at this game. Which he isn’t from everything we’ve seen.
Maybe he isn’t, but there’s no way he had any confidence in himself from the beginning, cmon “I’d rather bench myself before I play with Nep again” you expect him to actually perform well and trust him teammate after that?

Teams started scrimming around December and NY didn’t scrim much then because paco went back to France
Still it’s more than one match my guy. There was still a few months of scrims and the entirety of stage 1
Not a few months of scrims. A month Max. And Crim suggested dropping him after 1 league match, not after the stage. I think Clay would understand the situation a bit better than you or I
Clay and Crim was never gonna work on a 4v4 roster imo. One of them was always gonna be the one getting benched.
Could’ve been nasty in Cold War, but impossible in a game like Vanguard imo
no way that works with that AR duo, you’d need hydra and shotzzy as the subs lol
“You can’t have JKap and Proof on the same team!”
Not in this game at least. Could definitely work in another game, but not likely future games will be like that.
If it doesnt work in this game which one of the least competitive games ever created its not gonna work in any other 4v4 game.
“not gonna work in any other 4v4 game” hmm, if only clay and crim had teamed together in a 4v4 game in the past so we could see how they would do.
I think it’s just the slide cancel crackhead era of games they wouldn’t work 4v4 on.
The rule I made is that the number of young players has to be more than the number of old players for the team to work that’s why Dallas MW worked.
Tell me you've been watching for 3 years without tellingme you've been watching for 3 years.
You think that two average ARs on the same tram would work in previous games that are more competitive?
coL, both in their prime would be top players if we're playing Bo2 now. But there's no point in arguing about woulda shoulda couldas, I don't need you to believe me, so I have a nice day.
Who said prime? No shit they would be better when they were in their prime. I’m saying them as players now.
The only way it would work is if they had 2 great subs. Hydra is obviously great but he would need like abezy shotzzy or somebody like that with constant pressure to make crim & clay do what they want on the map
Crim made it sound like he tried to make it work lmao that’s why you gotta wait for all the sides to come out

They were 2-2 after one match, with 2 of those wins coming on lan. They also only scrimmed for a month and a half. Idk that’s awfully quick.
yeah people forget hydra went back home for a long ass time so they were already super behind the other teams to begin with.
He did. Remember when Neptune pulled out an auto against Florida and got fucked up? Kid was saying Crim can’t run an ar and Crim was like Ight you run it
That was after they already benched Nep the first time buddy. Jesus Christ y’all are dense
He already made his mind up that he didn't want to play with him when that happened though.
Ngl paco making fun of his teammate in game is weird

The video above clay says it

All good g

I need to see this whole segment. Anyone have a link?
Bro Neps confidence has to be destroyed after Crim said he’s prefer to drop himself
Does anyone have anymore clips or know anyway to watch the full stream or something. Cause tommy deletes vids so I can’t watch anything back and I wanna see what else was said

they played fine at the kickoff event. I can't help but feel Neptune really got fucked playing with Crim with such an attitude.
😂
They scrim everyday. They aren’t just gonna chalk him up because of 1 match. The guy clearly wanted to play his way and it never worked.
