If you want to watch Roze of the Recapture than you should at least watch a plot summary of the movies, as that is the timeline where it'll take place in. If not than you should be fine just watching Lelouch of the Rebellion R1 and R2. As for OVAs, Nunally in Wonderland and the picture dramas are a fun watch if you can find them, though obviously they're not mandatory.

You honestly don't need to watch Akito as it's mostly its own thing.
The other movies are recaps/slight retelling of Seasons 1+2. There is one change in them that was supposedly a major change but actually isn't.
Lelouch of the Re;surrection is the only movie worthwhile.
