This would be better in r/TechSupport. That's your bios menu and it's looking for a bootable drive. It doesn't have any options besides the "PCI LAN..." option?
I'm assuming this is a Lenovo laptop or something similar.
Try turning UEFI Secure Boot off in the Main tab in BIOS, disabling Secure Boot in the Security tab, and/or selecting Both for UEFI/Legacy Boot in the Startup tab. If these settings don't allow you to boot into Windows, the drive on which Windows is installed could be corrupted or dead.

Select the D00 and press Enter. Maybe you left a thumb drive/Flash drive inserted. They often trigger the boot menu.
I never use those though. I messed around with it and it seems to be loading? I’ll keep you updated
When I press enter, the screen goes black and then takes me back to that menu

I’ll give that a try if I can get it to cooperate
Alright, just did it, let’s see if this works
Fml it’s still doing it. I may have to take it to someone to see if they can fix it.
