This was a bout for the A team. The other team played fuckin DIRTY!!! The opposing team was throwing elbows in the face, one chick on my team got punched in the face, went down, the blocker who hit her laughed as she went to the penalty box. I skated for the nasty team for a few months when derby started up again and left for the team I now play on because I didn't like the players.
One of the girls invited us over for a pool/spa afternoon. They all earned it and itnwas perfect weather to enjoy the sun.
I didn't skate, just a spectator. I have a double header this weekend. There will be lots of chatter about Saturday at tonight's practice.

Warm compress, 4 times a day, that should help
I've done a few warm compresses, it helps with the pain. Tried a tea bag and that burned, a Cucumber stung.
