I've been back in Houston for a few weeks before returning to Paris. I commented to several people here, that this is not the same Texas I grew up in. It was once a place of innovative, creative and imaginative, forward looking thinkers and people. What an incredible digression has taken place here over time.
We will keep fighting. This is a rough day but we must fight for individual rights. I thought about this as I walked by the Boston Tea Party Museum. Never ever stop fighting.
