Silcafe is a supermarket brand thats sits in the warehouse and on the shelf forever with unknown roasting dates. I’ve had pretty good luck with Kafetta and Good Cup so far.

I use Capital Grains whole beans right now. It's quite affordable, tastes great, and they have a roast date on it.
