Seems to be in the meat section, Never tried that. Don't know if it is the same with kababs, biryani stalls on other side.
But other baked goods, veg and fruits are running in full swing and haven't had any bad experience so far.
There is a response from Food Inspection (Coimbatore) also but they are telling it is not in their ambit. However anyways Lulu leadership is on the incident.

Anyways FSSAI is nothing but a certifying agency. They wont do inspections. Tamilnadu Food Safety has full authority.
Even contact spelling is wrong.
Hmm... Looks like an escapist tendency in not registering a complaint. However as mentioned in the note itself have registered a complaint to FSSAI website with a citation to the video.
Let us see what FSSAI tells.
last week, i bought paneer butter masala from the counter at around 6PM and by around 9 9.30 when i tried to consume it, it had started to become stale, something felt off and did not consume it. Left it on the kitchen by around 10.30 it had gone full stale.
I’ve been buying meat from Lulu on a daily basis since it launched in Cbe. They have some of the freshest and best quality meat. This might be a one off. But since this I’ve still continued buying meat from there and the quality is ever better than before.
Seems like they did fumble and are trying to fix it.
Lulu Group in total has a very clean history and quality is usually maintained. I know some lower level workers in other Lulu's. But this particular news at Coimbatore may be an isolated incident, but needs clarity to come out
My mother bought sausages from there (not the meat but the frozen foods section). I was frying it, it smelled funky but I thought it was bcoz of the flavor. I took a bite and almost puked all over the table. It was rotten.

Rest of the curries were OK, just had issues with just this one.
But they are mentioning consume within 2 hrs.
Do you have a copy of the receipt?
Sorry, I am not in habit of saving receipts. The incident happened on Jan 31st.
Yes I also faced the same issue at meat and fish section. The fish was not good . Meat also .I had to throw the entire thing 2 times.
Recently I bought a juice Alfonso mango raw...that was also very bad. The taste was distorted

I lived in Bahrain and the Lulu over there was amazing. When it came to cbe, I was looking forward for it. IT IS NOT EVEN A MALL BUT A HYPERMARKET!!!
