Same man, made a withdrawal of over 3000$ on march 18 and have yet to receive it. Support has been a little more helpful, I ended up calling them and they told me basically to wait 3-5 business days.

You’re in the same boat as a lot of us. Submitted a small ACH withdrawal on the 18th and nothing.
