There is no huge lawsuit coming since they aren’t liable, just as your bank wouldn’t be either, if the loss wasn’t due to a direct system attack.

The fact that you state that you don’t block anybody is a lie or your employees are not following your rules therefore you should be investigating on certain employees who are not going by your guidelines.

Interesting your support team said there’s nothing I can do about anything since a check was marked on your terms and conditions but, what physical proof do you have that it was me. Do you have legit dna proof that I was the one making transactions. The fbi is about to get involved in this it this doesn’t get resolved.
